Data protectionIn running my business, I recognise the importance of making sure any personal data that I get from you is handled responsibly and in line with data protection legislation.
In particular, I’ve looked into the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Despite the UK’s exit from the EU, the GDPR has been retained in UK law as of the start of 2021. In any case, it is still applicable when working with people or organisations in countries that are still in the EU. |
I’ve developed a data protection policy for my business, and I invite all my customers to read it. This document can also be regarded as my statement of compliance with the GDPR. You can find it in PDF format here:
I believe this policy covers all the requirements that apply to a business such as mine, and that it gives my customers, and other contacts, the protection they need.
